60 Day’s Orthotics Guarantee

We stand behind the comfort of your new SOLE-X. If you find yourself less than comfortable within the initial 60 days, please reach out to us. Our experienced Podiatrists are ready to address your concerns.

It’s important to note that it may take four to six weeks for your orthotics to fully settle in. During this period, your feet, ankles, knees, and lower back will undergo a soft tissue adaptation process, gradually adjusting to the orthotic support. It’s normal to experience some muscle discomfort throughout this phase.

Frequently asked questions

Custom orthotics are specialised shoe inserts prescribed by a qualified Podiatrist. Different to retail orthotics sold typically at chemists, custom orthotics are made for you; they provide support and address specific foot-related issues. Sole-X orthotics are custom-made to fit the unique contours of your feet and are crafted to address your specific foot and lower limb problems.

Customised: Custom orthotics are personalised to you and accounts for your unique foot/arch shape, weight, footwear and activities.

Targeted Treatment: A podiatrist prescribes custom orthotics to address common issues such as flat feet, overpronation, plantar fasciitis, ‘shin splints’, ‘runners knee’ or structural abnormalities.

Improved Comfort: Custom orthotics are designed to provide maximum comfort by reducing pressures and absorbing forces.

Better Fit: Custom orthotics have specific features within them that allow for the perfect fitting into shoes.

Durability: While custom orthotics can be more expensive upfront, they are often more durable and longer-lasting compared to retail orthotics. This can lead to cost savings in the long run, as frequent replacement may not be necessary.

Professional Expertise: A podiatrist has the knowledge and expertise to assess and diagnose foot-related issues accurately. They can recommend the appropriate type of orthotics and make adjustments as needed to ensure the best results. Retail orthotics do not come with this level of professional guidance.

Sole-X offers four different options:

Comfort Orthotic is made out of Polypropylene which is narrower and thinner allowing for a great fit into dress and casual shoes.

Active Orthotic is made of Polyamide 11 – a 100% renewable and biodegradable material. It offers great support and comfort whilst being lightweight and incredibly durable. Designed for people on the move!

Performance Orthotic is our most technical option, made of Carbon Fiber. It is very strong with ultimate durability, this material allows a slimline fit while having a high strength-to-weight ratio and higher rebound rate. Trusted by Australian athletes, this is a must have for anyone who participates in high loads of activity.

Kids Orthotic is made from combination of a Polyproylene and EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) which is specific to Kids with flat feet, heel pain, arch pain, shin pain or knee pain. It provides the support they need as they grow.
