SEND YOUR FOAM BOX BACK TO US
In your account, use the ‘ORDER’ tab and click the ‘SEND BACK’ button. This will organise your courier service at our cost.
PRINT YOUR RETURN LABEL FOR PICK UP
Access your return label with the email sent to you. All you need to do is print the label, attach it to the satchel and hand it to the courier.

RECEIVE YOUR SOLE-X DIRECTLY AT YOUR PLACE
You will receive your custom orthotics within 5-7 business days after our team receives your impression kit and questionnaire. Please remember to use your SOLE-X orthotics over the original soles of your selected shoes.
