Jake and Matthew, our podiatrist duo behind these custom orthotics, are fully qualified Australian podiatrists with more than 25 years of experience predominantly working in Sports Podiatry and utilising orthotic therapy on a daily basis. They analyse your questionnaire and data to create a prescription that will determine the anatomical and technical characteristics of your Sole-X orthotic. The laboratory then uses the latest 3D printing technologies to create a 3D file from your imprints and assemble your custom orthotics using cutting edge materials such as polypropylene, carbon fibre or 100% renewable and biodegradable Polyamide 11.

ORDER YOUR SOLE

Order your foam impression kit to cast an imprint of your feet. Follow the steps to order your mould impression kit and receive it to your home within 5-7 business days. * There is no obligation to order the full orthotic immediately, you can just stick to the impression phase and decide later on.

MAKE YOUR MARK

Once you receive the impression kit, follow the instructions provided and scan the QR code to fill out questionnaire online. This will help our team of podiatrists understand your lifestyle and medical history. You will also find a prepaid packaging to send everything back to us. If you ordered the kit only, we would still scan your imprint and store it for future use.

Once we receive your imprints, questionnaire, our team of podiatrists will get to work. SOLE-X is made from top quality materials, using the most advanced 3D printing technology to create the perfect orthotic. Once everything is fine-tuned to your specific profile, your very own unique orthotics are delivered to your door.

GET YOUR SOLE-X

You will receive your custom orthotics within 5-7 business days after our team receives your impression kit and questionnaire. Please remember to use your SOLE-X orthotics over the original soles of your selected shoes. As our orthotics are custom-built based on your specific profile, no two pairs will look alike.
